Do you have people in your life that inspire you? People that you know personally, people that you’ve only met once but make a lasting impression or people that are complete strangers can all be inspiring. Peter Walsh has been an inspiration to me. Last week, we took a trip to the Gulf coast. Our whole vacation was 10 days long (including two *long* travel days), so we knew that our food expenses would add up quickly. In order to cut down on the cost of 8 people eating for 10 days, we organized a basic meal plan ahead of time. A little bit of planning and organization saved us BIG money in the long run. Now that summer vacation has officially started, it’s time to get organized for traveling! Whether your trip is a week-long cruise to an exotic destination or a quick camping trip, packing in an organized fashion is an essential skill.
