We moved into our home 3 years ago in a rush. We had similar items scattered across the house, stuff stashed wherever it would fit, items we weren’t using but holding onto, and piles of clutter that were now decorations. Chan helped us pair down what we weren’t using, find common spaces to store like things so we could have a more efficient inventory system, utilize spaces more efficiently across many rooms in the home from bedrooms to high traffic areas, and added storage solutions that will last. Delightful and so helpful as I worked to get my busy home organized. My organizer did an outstanding job helping me quick decisions and determine the best way to store those items I needed to keep. It was easy to schedule time that worked with my schedule and my organizer was on time and very helpful during each of our sessions. I was so grateful she was able to haul unwanted items to consignment and for donation – that was a huge help! I love my updated space!

I learned a lot about myself and am more aware of my habits. The organizer assisted me in making decisions about getting rid of items that I THOUGHT I needed to hold on to. They took items to donate or consign for me which was a beyond smart idea (because of my busy schedule, the bags would have just sat there and eventually I would have looked through the bags looking for a reason to hold on something I really didn't need). All of the decisions were mine but I could never have made the progress that I did without the encouragement and helpful tips from the organizer.

I am someone who likes to do my own organizing and enjoys packing. However, this time around, I was in my third trimester of pregnancy when we were moving and knew I should hire some help. I am extremely satisfied with the service I received. They were prompt, both in starting and in finishing up my projects. They kept me moving along, not allowing me to "get stuck" trying to decide what should go where in my home. The approach Lasting Order used made sense to me and I found great value in the suggestions they offered. Most importantly, as my appointment ended, they made certain my project was either 100% complete, or that I was well on my way to finishing it up, even leaving me notes on what I still needed to complete or consider as I moved along in my organizing project. The organizer was so personable, reliant, and is excellent in organizing! When I would feel overwhelmed by a project, she would always reassure me that we could get it done.

I can't say enough good things about my experience with a 'professional organizer'. Discovered I'm not as unorganized as I thought, just a procrastinator. I couldn't seem to find the time & energy to tackle that pile (papers, garage, art space). Each pile was erased in our normal sessions. A couple things stand out in my mind about that experience: While categorizing art supplies, there was only one category you made that did not make sense to me. That shows how much you really understood the way my brain works, I could tell that after our first meeting. While working on the garage, you picked up a box, asked where it goes and moved on to the next one. That box was photos, at that point I would have started looking at pictures and been done for the day. Organizing sounds easy, which makes people hesitant to pay the money. I would ask: If it's so easy, why are your piles still there? I'm here to tell you this was the BEST money I ever spent.

It was life changing!

Absolute lifesaver for when moving. They were easy to work with, extremely helpful in organizing everything, unpacking, knowledgeable beyond their years and sooooo kind. After the first day of hiring them for one day only, my wife insisted on adding more days. We would have been lost without them. Highly recommended!!!!

Chan and Lori came out as we were packing up our home to get it ready for sale. We’ve been in our home for 24 years, and I was super anxious about going through everything. They made the process so easy and made packing up our kitchen, dining room and pantry/laundry room (our hardest and most cluttered rooms) fly by with ease. The process was so organized and seamless.
