Lindsy Rardon
Lead Organizer
Born and raised in Evansville, Indiana, and a graduate of Central High School, I have loved organizing for as long as I can remember. What started as a childhood passion grew into a love for tackling more complex projects, learning different organizing techniques, and understanding the art of decluttering.
As a wife and mother of four, I understand the challenges of maintaining an organized home, and I love helping others create functional, stress-free spaces. Now, as an assistant professional organizer, I am excited to use my skills to bring order and peace to my community. I believe that an organized space can make a big difference in daily life, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to support others in their organizing journey.

Sara Beier
Assistant Organizer
Sara joined the Lasting Order in 2025. With the background as an occupational therapy assistant for 12 years, Sara has experience working closely with the elderly community and their loved ones. Her career has taught her the value of function, flow, and the little things that make daily life smoother. As a mom of two small kids and as a wife to a wonderfully patient husband, Sara lives the beautiful chaotic life of a busy family. Through it all, Sara learned firsthand how an organized, simplified home can be the difference between just getting by and actually enjoying the moments that matter. Sara believes in creating spaces that support your life, not to add more stress to it. Whether you're managing a household, caregiving, or juggling it all, Sara is here to help make your home feel like a breath of fresh air.
